Circa 1800, solid cherry stand from the Niagara Peninsula with a tri-pod base. All original and in good condition with the exception of a mend on one of the legs which although very solid, is attached at a bit of an angle (visible in the close up shot) causing the table to be not level without putting a small block the size of a checker under that foot. Easy enough to fix but it works fine as is. Interesting construction. You can see from the upside down shot that the bottom chamfers in towards the middle. The drawer has a "hidden" section at the back. 17" wide, 16 1/2" deep, 27 1/2" tall.
