Back in the early nineties I bought a few pieces by M. Barker of Kingston, Ontario at the Odessa Antique show from dealer Audrey  Ruhland.  She did not have much info on the artist other than he was active in the 60's when he was in his seventies.  I liked the subject matter and execution so I bought them.  This is one of them which I sold to a collector at the time. and which I bought back recently.  He uses sequins in the eyes. In good condition although you can barely notice that the deer has been re-glued to the fence. 10" long, 5 1/2"deep. 9" tall.
