Bowback windsor  side chair of good form with no alterations aside from most of the old surface being removed. it is structurally sound. I purchased it on the South Shore of Nova scotia and it was attributed to Humeston.  I feel that it may have arrived here at an earlier date from New England. Overall height 37 1/2 height and seat height 17 1/2,both in inches.
