Cast iron bank of a boy scout / soldier boy. Very good gold paint, original screw, red brimmed hat, red painted around the brim. Stands 5 7/8" tall.  A.C.Williams was the foundry maker. Circa 1910-1934. Many other cast iron animal banks are available.
