A beautiful naive painting of two girls with a rocking horse by Loffler. The painter is written about in Blake McKendrys book " An Illustrated Companion to Canadian Folk Art" page 179. Loffler painted naive portrait paintings in the Toronto area around 1861. The image size is 25 inches x 31 inches. It has been stretched and reframed. Price is on request. There is another known Loffler painting and also signed.
